Located in downtown Towson, Hampton Plaza was built in 1971 and retains a mod, mid-century look and feel. Its curved exterior is eye-catching and unique, making it an iconic and memorable part of the Towson landscape.

The building houses 200 apartments, on-site services and a restaurant, and several floors of office space. Both the shared community spaces and the apartments are well-appointed, good-looking and comfortable, so the building appeals in both form and function.

Hampton Plaza Apartments’ location, just off the Towson circle, is walkable to Towson shopping, restaurants and movies, and its residents can quickly walk to downtown Towson events, such as the weekly farmer’s market, annual Towson Town Festival and free weekly concerts during the summer.
