The Towson Loop Free Circulator Service

Just when you through living in the Hampton Plaza Apartment community could not possibly get any better — it gets better!  The  Towson Loop Circulator Free Bus Service has launched with a stop covinevently located right in front of our building.  Orange Line Stop #36 is located at the corner of Joppa Road and Fairmount Blvd.  Purple Line Stop #4 is located just across Joppa Road.

Towson Loop service began on Tuesday, October 12, at noon.

The major anchor stops include:

  • Goucher College
  • Greater Baltimore Medical Center
  • Sheppard Pratt Health Systems
  • Towson Place
  • Towson Town Center
  • Towson University
  • The Shops at Kenilworth
  • University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center

The Loop consists of a fleet of 12 circulator shuttle buses. Each bus is equipped with a bike rack and air conditioning, and can hold 25 passengers, with space provided for wheelchairs, bicycles and strollers.

Service Hours

The Loop runs every 15 to 20 minutes during the following hours of operation for each route.

Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to midnight.
Saturday, 10 a.m. to midnight.
